Strawberry Banana Date Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are a great healthy option for breakfast. They are easy to make and so yum.

You do not want your smoothie bowl to be too thin in consistency. The frozen strawberries and bananas give a thick and creamy texture.

The dates add a hint of sweetness, they were soaked in hot water for about 5 mins to soften them up and that way they blend easily. The rolled oats add thickness and help you stay fuller for longer.

Strawberries are healthy and rich in vitamin C, potassium, folic acid and fibre.

Chia seeds are high in vitamins, nutrients, antioxidants and fibre.

You can use any milk of your choice.

Topped with some fresh strawberries and granola, this smoothie bowl is a healthy way to fill you up at the start of the day.
