Smoothie bowls are a great healthy option for breakfast. They are easy to make and so yum. You do not want your smoothie bowl to be too thin in consistency. The frozen strawberries and bananas give a thick and creamy texture. The dates add a hint of sweetness, they were soaked in hot water for about 5 mins to soften them up and that way they blend easily. The rolled oats add thickness and help you stay fuller for longer. If you love fruit smoothies, this one is tasty, easy to make, citrusy sweet and packed with goodness. This 5-ingredient smoothie takes 5 mins to put together. The combination of Orange and banana is just superb, complementing each other very well. The yoghurt adds a thickness along with protein. I use frozen banana; this adds a lovely creamy texture.
