Tropical Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is refreshing and will brighten your day. It is a wonderful combination of fruits, is simple to make and so tasty.

I used mango, pineapple and papaya. The combination of the mango and pineapple is absolutely amazing, giving that fresh fruity flavour. Papaya is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants and full of fibre, it boosts your immunity and is great for the skin.

You can either buy them separately and cube and freeze them for later use or buy the pre-cut and packaged variety from the freezer section in your grocery store.

I also added ½ banana, it adds a creaminess and natural sweetness to the mix.

You can use any milk of your choice.

This can be topped with any toppings of your choice, I topped it with granola and some fresh blueberries, blackberries and raspberries.
