Today I am sharing an easy and quick to make chicken recipe. It is a one bowl kind of recipe; the chicken is cut into the desired size and shape and pretty much mixed with the marinade and then popped into the oven. An easy and simple recipe made with accessible ingredients. The chicken is infused with spices and yoghurt and baked until golden with some charred bits. This tandoori is tender, moist, juicy and so YUM. The yoghurt makes the chicken tender and moist. I made this in my pizza oven this time but have made it many times before in my regular oven.
