Nutritious Oat and Nut Bars

I love a filling and healthy bar that can be eaten for a quick and filling breakfast or a snack. This bar is filled with healthy goodness such as nuts (walnuts) seeds (pumpkin and sunflower), some fruit (banana) and some dried fruit (Raisins) The walnuts add a lovely crunch, packed with nutrients such as monounsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids and helps keep you fuller for longer. Happy New year to all my readers. I hope this year brings you much joy and happiness. The holiday season is a time of decadent and indulgent food.
