Easy Tuna Rice Bean Salad

Today I share a very simple and healthy lunch idea. This is easy to put together, filling and nutritious. I use tuna in this recipe, I always have canned tuna at home and it can be used to make something delicious without going into too much effect especially if time is of concern. Fresh cucumber is a lovely addition adding crunch and volume. Corn and black beans are amazing nutrition wise and quite filling.
